Halloween in 2nd Class

We had great fun preparing for Halloween in our class. Some of the things we did were:

Learned about bats and spiders
Read the poem “Witches Menu” and did some textured lizard rubbings
Sang songs like Hubble Bubble, The Ghost of John and Something Spooky
We made “ghosties” from marshmallows, white chocolate and chocolate chips. They were yummy.

Puzzling Skeleton

Scary skeleton is a fun jigsaw puzzle that you can do. You will love it and it is fun.  When you are finished the jigsaw you can click on the bottom side and click start to see the dance. It is groovy.

Ghosties

We learned the song “The Ghost of John”. To remind us of “John”. We made ghosties. They were lovely. This is the recipe.
 
Ingredients:
White Chocolate
cocktail sticks
marshmallows (the rectangular shaped ones are best)
chocolate chips (for eyes)
Edible sliver balls (got in Tesco in the cooking section)
(You could decorate your ghostie anyway you wish)
Method:

Melt the white chocolate.
