Matisse Cut-Outs

Today we looked at some of the work by the artist Henri Matisse. Science Week

Senior Infants had great fun experimenting and playing with all the science equipment on Thursday morning.  Thank you Ms. Melvin and Fifth Class for bringing it into our classroom to show us.

Senior Infants’ Shared Reading

Senior Infants have started their shared reading again. There are some nice new books for us to read. Some of these books are a bit longer than the ones we read before so they can be kept for two nights if you wish.

Senior Infants’ Science

Here are some photos of Senior Infants doing a science experiment. We were trying to find out whether water or sand would be better at blocking out noise. We found that sand was better.
